These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of narkisusvip.gr (the “Website”) and the services provided by Narkisus (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), registered in Greece at Voreiou Ipeirou & Kyprou 41B, 132 31, Petroupoli, Greece. By accessing the Website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or our services.
1. Services Provided
Narkisus provides access to VIP services (the “Services”) available to active subscribers as described on the Website. Features, inclusions, and scope may be updated or modified at our discretion.
2. Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old; and
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Greek law.
3. Subscription & Payment
- The subscription fee is 30,00 € per month, inclusive/exclusive of VAT as indicated at checkout.
- Payments are processed via Eurobank. You authorize us (and/or our payment partners) to automatically charge the monthly fee to your selected payment method.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month until terminated in accordance with these Terms.
- All fees are due in advance and must be paid in full. If a charge is declined, we may suspend or terminate access until payment is resolved.
- We may change prices with prior notice posted on the Website or sent to your account email. Any changes apply to subsequent billing cycles.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
No user-initiated cancellation. Subscriptions are non-cancellable by the user. The Company may, at its discretion, terminate or refuse renewal in cases of breach or for operational reasons.
No refunds. Fees are non-refundable (whether full or partial), including for early termination, non-use, or inability to access for reasons beyond our control.
Consumer rights. To the extent any mandatory rights under applicable law (e.g., statutory withdrawal rights) apply, they remain unaffected; where Services begin immediately upon purchase with your express consent, you acknowledge that any statutory withdrawal right may not apply or may be waived as permitted by law.
5. User Obligations & Restrictions
- Do not share, sell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise disclose your login credentials.
- Do not copy, scrape, frame, mirror, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the Website or Services.
- Do not use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or infringing activities.
- Comply with all instructions, policies, and documentation we provide on the Website.
We may suspend or terminate your access without refund for violations of these obligations.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual Property

We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect access.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narkisus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Narkisus from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if payment fails, or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, limitations of liability) shall survive termination.
12. Changes to the Services & Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website and/or communicated to your account email. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Athens, Greece have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services.
14. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Narkisus regarding the Services.
